Tracey Ivanyshyn

While growing and leading a group of companies in Canada over 25 years, Tracey’s passion was always for the incredible people that stood shoulder to shoulder with her growing the business and building award winning culture for over 140 committed team mates. Recently Tracey successfully sold the group to a much larger, friendly competitor and so began the next chapter. Still passionate about people Tracey helps companies build trust and belonging among their leaders and team in her consulting company Pure Blue Paths. Focused on supporting leaders during the three C’s; change, conflict and crisis, Tracey is a trusted advisor to many growing companies and a long standing member of Virgin Unite’s project, 100% Human at Work.
A recent new passion project began in the late summer 2023 – Tell Love Stories is a movement; a spiritual assignment; a way of looking at the world together. A group of independent entrepreneurs decided it was a worthy dream to share with the world and the rest is history in the making. Groups in New York, LA, Miami, Toronto, and London have joined creating dinners and community. School programs, corporate playshops, family legacy projects, and board games are all paths to share the art of finding, witnessing and sharing all sorts of love stories.
Good Grief at Work – as a corporate grief educator Tracey provides support for creating grief ready cultures at work, reimagining bereavement strategies and systems of support, grief education, coaching and on-line employee grief support group facilitation. Urgent support and co-navigation for acute losses in the workplace is also a highly effective offering when needed..
Tracey recently added an intention to be a disciple of love, joy and truth in her every day walk – a work in progress, learning a lot and stumbling a bit too- and it is glorious.
Maria Dakas

The dynamic Co-founder at GESI Hospitality, the New York electronic lock company she built with her husband over 30 years ago, Maria’s goal has always been listening to people and taking care of customers needs. Her company literally unlocks (and locks!) doors for people, and her new mission at Tell Love Stories is to unlock the hearts of people.
Inspired by the power of storytelling to create shared understanding, Maria believes in providing spaces where people can feel truly seen and heard. Her role in Tell Love Stories is to help bridge individuals through conversations that reach into the heart, guiding people to see their own stories in new ways.
Maria draws strength from her experience as a mother of three and her travels across 30 countries, where each conversation and connection reminds her of our shared humanity. She sees this work as an open door—an invitation for others to explore love, pain, and connection as a path to healing and growth.

Trivinia Barber

Helping the best leaders in the world find world-class executive assistants for over 12 years at Priority VA, the company she founded, Trivinia’s deepest desire was to ensure that, in both life and business, people felt genuinely supported. Her mission to help leaders and assistants alike feel seen and heard evolved into a thriving business, impacting thousands through her proprietary recruiting process. Her top-rated podcast, Diary of a Doer, with hundreds of thousands of downloads, along with her global speaking engagements, empowered leaders to shift from outsourcing tasks to achieving meaningful outcomes.
After exiting Priority VA in 2024, Trivinia now consults with companies on administration, corporate organizational structure, and team building. She’s currently focused on building sustainable businesses for others and herself, entering an exciting new chapter with her new company, Known Partners.
Initially hesitant to share her own story, Trivinia found in Tell Love Stories a chance to go inward, discovering a love she hadn’t yet offered herself. Now, a passionate advocate for this movement, she brings her dedication to community, vulnerability, and organizational expertise to the Tell Love Stories team.

Irene Pace

Irene is the Founder and CEO of Pace Nutrition, where she has transformed the way people understand their relationship with food. Her own journey led her to explore the science behind eating behaviors and to create the Greet the Pull™️ method—a program that has guided hundreds of clients, from doctors to entrepreneurs, toward peace and freedom with food. Irene’s approach is rooted in empathy, helping people to reconnect with their humanity and free themselves from the transactional nature of traditional dieting. As a Registered Dietitian, she began her career in a major trauma hospital, later pioneering Ontario’s first primary care nutrition program and leading nutrition services at the University of Waterloo.
Joining Tell Love Stories brings Irene’s mission full circle. She believes that storytelling is a powerful way to reconnect with our shared humanity, offering a space to see one another’s “messy humanness” and find strength in our collective experiences. Known for her ability to read a room and create spaces of genuine connection, Irene envisions Tell Love Stories as a way to bring people together in a profound, healing way. She continues to be a creative force in the movement, guiding how stories are shared and helping others discover a peace that, like food, nourishes us all.
